Return & Exchange Guidelines

✅ Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and custom-made orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
✅ Damaged or Altered Items: Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
2. You will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and a refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
• If the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with refund details.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
